Kiri Stroh

As the Finance & Operations Manager, Kiri is responsible for leading the organization’s operational and financial strategy and initiatives. Her experience includes leadership in nonprofit operations, development, and capacity building. She is skilled in program and project management, nonprofit fiscal best practice and management, board development, bookkeeping, grant management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder and member engagement. She is passionate about social justice, inclusion, and community resiliency. 

Previously, Kiri has worked for other membership organizations, working with members to improve access to critical and life-saving services in communities as well as supporting them to increase their mission impact. She is excited to bring that experience and expertise to assist MIRC in achieving its mission as well as our Community Based Organization members. She also sits on several volunteer Boards, often in the role as Treasurer. She has earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University with a concentration in accounting, and an Associates in Early Childhood Education. 

Kiri resides in South Berwick, Maine with her husband, two daughters, and rescue pup. In her spare time, she is an avid cook, novice gardener, and loves to entertain.
