Hailing from rural Maine, Tracy has a deep appreciation for her state and its people. With experience in the for-profit business world, following a life-changing event, Tracy chose to make a career change by offering her skills to the non-profit sector, in hopes of making a difference in the lives of people in Maine. Tracy became an integral part of MIRC when she joined as a temp in the finance department in September 2022. Recognizing her valuable contribution, she transitioned into the role of Finance and Operations Manager in February 2023. Beyond her financial responsibilities at MIRC, Tracy unwinds by attending local theater, musicals, reading, spending time with her daughter, and enjoying the four-season natural beauty of her home state. Her journey underlines her professional commitment and her drive to make a positive difference in people’s lives
